The Community Enrichment Partnership (CEP) is dedicated to creating pathways for independence by providing meaningful jobs and opportunities for marginalized individuals. With the objective of fostering economic participation and empowerment, CEP ensures that no one is left behind by offering personal and professional growth opportunities. To achieve its mission, CEP operates through three core programs that focus on job creation, skill development, and enrichment experiences that enable individuals to thrive in their communities.

Our Programs
Electronic Recycling Solutions
Electronic Recycling Solutions (ERS) offers employment for adults with autism and other disabilities and has 100+ companies contracted and recycles more than 50 tons of electronics each year.
Achieve Trade School
Gives students with special needs the ability to pursue careers in the trades by offering practical, hands-on training. Students at Achieve Trade School obtain employment through a number of partners.
Launchpad
Breaks down barriers for special needs adults by helping clients develop skills that promote independence such as social awareness, self-advocacy, and daily living.
